Mac users should use numpy-1.6.2-py<VERSION>-python.org-macosx10.3.dmg for numpy
and scipy-0.10.1-py<VERSION>-python.org-macosx10.3.dmg for scipy.

Windows users should use numpy-1.6.2-win32-superpack-python<VERSION>.exe
and scipy-0.10.1-win32-superpack-python<VERSION>.exe for scipy.

where <VERSION> is your python version (2.6, 2.7, etc).

===Linux===
Numpy and Scipy should be included in your repo.
