Renishaw Invia Laser Raman
The Renishaw Invia Laser Raman spectrometer is a versatile system equipped with two lasers: 514 nm (green; Argon Ion) and 785 nm (red, solid state). The Leica microscope attached to the system allows for the analysis of crystals within a sample, while the motorized stage can be used for the mapping of functional groups with step sizes as small as 0.1 um in the X and Y directions. Movement in the Z direction allows for depth profiling of a sample with 1 um steps. The microscope is equipped with 5, 20 and 50 times objectives.
