This instrument is equipped with an UltraShield Plus magnet and a 5mm inverse triple resonance (TXI-Z) probe and is essentially used for 3 dimensional biomolecular structure determination. It is located separately from the main NMR Facility, in a temperature and humidity controlled environment. It was upgraded with a cryoprobe in 2004.
Bruker AVANCE 700MHz NMR Spectrometer This instrument is equipped with an UltraShield magnet and an inverse triple resonance multinuclear (TBI-Z) probe and is used for a variety of 1D, 2D and 3D NMR studies. It is mainly used in automation with a B-ACS 60 autosampler and IconNMR software.
Bruker AVANCE 600MHz NMR Spectrometer This instrument is equipped with an UltraShield magnet and high power amplifiers and is essentially used for solid state NMR. Solids probes include 2.5mm, 4mm and 7mm broad banded VT CPMAS probes and a 4mm HRMAS 1H/13C-2H probe.
Bruker AVANCE 500MHz NMR Spectrometer Bruker AVANCE 500 - SECSY (1995) This instrument is used for solution state NMR including high and low temperature operation. Probes include a 5mm triple gradient broadband inverse probe and a 10mm broadband probe, both with 19F capability.
Bruker AVANCE 500MHz NMR Spectrometer This is a multi-purpose instrument equipped with probes for multinuclear solid and liquid state variable temperature NMR. The solids probe is a 4mm CPMAS probe. Liquids probes include a gradient 5mm broadband inverse probe, a 10mm broadband probe and a 1H/ 13C dual probe.
Bruker AVANCE 300MHz NMR Spectrometer This instrument is equipped with a "quad" probe (1H, 13C, 19F, 31P) and is used for routine solution state NMR.
Bruker AVANCE 200MHz NMR Spectrometer This is an undergraduate teaching instrument and is fitted with a dual 1H/13C probe.
