The main instrument accessible to the lab members is a four channel ultrashielded 700 MHz AV Bruker spectrometer, fully equipped for protein NMR. A TCI cryoprobe is installed on this spectrometer. The 700 MHz system and the cryoprobe are both an ad hoc facility with temperature, pressure and humidity controls.
The Bruker 850 MHz NMR spectrometer is now operational and located in the Arthur Bournes Building. In addition, several other NMR spectrometers are also available in the NMR Facility of McMaster University.
